Please read this document carefully before using 15454's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the rules set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 15454 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel provided — you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 15454 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to refrain from using the 15454 platform.
You also represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. Use of the platform by anyone under the legal age is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 15454's services, you are required to register an account by providing information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur. 15454 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false or misleading information.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all login credentials. You must notify 15454 immediately through official support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Each account is for the sole use of one individual. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to any other party. 15454 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 15454 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of 15454's systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Creating more than one account to unlawfully obtain bonuses or promotions.
- Sharing or publishing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others through this platform.
15454 reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate, including permanently suspending or closing an account, in the event of any breach of the above rules. 15454's decision in such matters is final.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 15454 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made using the payment methods listed in the platform's Deposit section, including local eWallets such as Boost and Touch ‘n Go. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stipulated by the platform, depending on the chosen withdrawal method. 15454 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonuses or promotions offered by 15454 are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each offer. Abuse of the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

Right to Amend Terms
15454 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the channels designated by the 15454 platform.
